A raised viewing platform is an elevated area designed to provide unobstructed views of the stage. This ensures that attendees, including those in wheelchairs, can see the performance clearly and comfortably, without any obstructions from the crowd.

Apply for a Viewing Platform or Personal Assistant Ticket:
This is a simple process following the points below:
Purchase a standard ticket via Skiddle, once you have this you can contact their customer care team and request a Personal Assistant ticket or viewing platform access ticket to accompany your order. You can do this via the contact info in your order confirmation or by emailing: custcare@skiddle.com
If you have already ordered a ticket from Skiddle or another ticketing provide you can contact us with your ticket order confirmation details, proof of disability document (photo/scan by email) which can include Nimbus Access Card, current Disabled Living Allowance document, PIP or equivalent.
